HOW
TO ORDER:
Orders may be taken by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. When
ordering
please indicate stock number, size, quantity, ship to
address, contact
name & phone number. Purchase orders will require
a mailed or
faxed copy of the order, &/or authorization from the
purchasing
department.
METHOD
OF SHIPMENT:
All shipments are FOB ship point. Please add 15% or
$7.95
whichever is greater for shipping, packing, & insurance
costs on all
orders, except pitching machines. Machine freight will
be based on
the actual weight, dimensions, & area in which it
is being delivered.
Frame products and other bulky items may incur additional
shipping surcharges. These terms only apply to the Continental U.S. Call for
details on
other locations. For residential or commercial locations
SPI Nets, will
quote the freight directly from the carrier to the customer.
CREDIT:
Net 30 days are given to schools, recreational facilities
& government
agencies with an official purchase order, number &
contact name.

PRICE
QUOTATIONS:
If you require a large quantity of any item or if you
have OEM applications, ask us for a special price quotation.
We also
welcome the opportunity to bid on government & institutional
purchases.
DELIVERY
TIME:
All stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
For back
order items, customers will be notified immediately with
delivery
times & possible situations, etc. Customers may request
special
shipping arrangements for additional charges via UPS,
Next Day
Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, Etc.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders that are cancelled after shipping will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for
all freight charges.
