Experimental Gill Nets
Government agencies,
biologists and researchers use these nets to make an inventory of
certain lakes in a fixed
territory. Our Experimental Gill Nets are 150'. They are equipped
with six 25' long panels. The mesh size of each
panel varies; it can be from 1' sq to 3-12' sq and 2' sq to 4-1/2'
sq. Equipped with a 3/8" poly foam top line and a
30lb lead core bottom line. (Sinking Type) Hung on a ration of 55%
with No. 15 bonded twine.
