South Padre Island Nets, Inc. is an industry leader in the fabrication and design of industrial nets & accessories. We fabricate nets for various industrial applications including conveyers, general warehouse applications, & debris control.  Incorporating only the highest quality polyamide materials available for the construction of our nets, they can hold strengths up to 20% greater than strengths of other nets available. SPI Tech designed industrial nets are fabricated to meet the unique demands of today's industrial applications.

CONVEYER

Designed for use in and around conveyer belts and similar machine applications to increase production and personal safety.  Our conveyer belt nets decrease loss due to production damages and halts that can occur from objects "falling" off of a conveyer belt.

Standard SPI nets conveyer nets are designed using a 360 lb tensile strength treated polyamide fabric mesh.  We do however offer fabric mesh with as high as 560 lbs and even 840 lbs of tensile strength. Our nets are hard "sewn" with a special double tied back locking knot, over a 2680 lb test strength PE synthetic fiber rope along all four sides. A variety of options are available as installed additions to your conveyer nets. You may have heavy duty hot dipped galvanized rings installed on the net, or you may have other polymer combination ropes that yield greater tensile strengths hung at the rope borders.  Additional latex treatment may be added to the net to further increase durability, tensile strength, and resistance to abrasion.

WAREHOUSE NETS

For use in a variety of general purpose- warehouse applications, our warehouse nets yield the durability needed for the growing demands that modern warehouses produce today.

SPI Nets realizes every warehouse has different designs, so we design every net to meet the unique design specifications of each individual warehouse. Unique applications such as rack guard protection nets custom designed for the dimensions of each individual rack.  Our rack guard protection nets are designed to increase safety by decreasing the probability of objects falling from shelving on higher levels and possibly causing damage or injury to products, equipment, or personnel.  Custom designs and fabrication is how SPI Nets produces every net leaving our warehouse and going into yours.

DEBRIS NETS

Serving a variety of proposes, debris nets can corral, enclose, entangle, and collect various forms of debris from engulfing foreign areas.  Serving a variety of applications, debris nets can be used at landfills as block off nets, or even as watchtower nets to control objects such as for instance weapons from falling off of a guard tower to lower level areas. Debris Nets can be used at various construction sites as falling object control nets.  The can help control the amount of small objects such as tools from falling to better ensure that these objects do not reach lower areas were they can cause minor damage or injury.

LAND FILL LITTER BARRIER NETS

Also known as "Trash Block Off Nets" litter barrier nets offer the performance of high durability and easy relocation.  "Trash Block Off Nets" are literally used as barriers to isolate various types of litter to their appropriate area.  Fabricated from high performances toray filament mesh, our trash nets can wield tensile strength 20% greater than that of normal polyamide materials used by most companies in the industry.  Litter barriers nets can be custom fabricated with a selection of optional features, including heavy duty hot dipped galvanized rings and higher performing Dacron combination ropes.
